Newburgh Family Fall Fest is a free community event designed to bring families together for an afternoon of fun, food, and connection. Featuring activities like pumpkin painting, games, music, and more, the festival creates a safe and welcoming space for neighbors to celebrate the season and build community in the heart of Newburgh.
NEWBURGH FAMILY FALL FEST – EVENT GUIDELINES
Please read the following important information regarding your participation in the event:
- Event Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Arrival Time: 12:00PM sharp for setup. We kindly request that all participating agencies arrive on time to ensure a smooth setup before the event begins.
- Only individuals listed as your designated helpers will be allowed to assist with setup. Please ensure that your entire team arrives with you by 12:00 PM. Late arrivals may delay your setup.
- Each registered agency/business will be provided a designated space for their car.
- Please decorate your vehicle with a fall-themed design. Keep decorations family-friendly, no scary, gory, or spooky themes, so everyone can enjoy the event. This is a fall celebration, not a Halloween event.

Each Agency/Business will be provided a parking space(s) for their registered vehicle. Only registered vehicle (vehicle decorating their trunk) will be allowed in to set up. We ask that you ensure that the registered vehicle has all the decoration it needs inside of it since no other vehicle will be permitted into the closed-off area.

Agencies/Businesses must provide their own candy to be distributed from their vehicle(s). Candy suggestion: 5 to 6 large candy bags (about 200+pieces per bag).
- Materials & Promotion: You are welcome to distribute informational materials that promote your organization. However, please note that selling items of any kind is strictly prohibited.
