Newburgh Family Fall Fest is a free community event designed to bring families together for an afternoon of fun, food, and connection. Featuring activities like games, music, and more, the festival creates a safe and welcoming space for neighbors to celebrate the season and build community in the heart of Newburgh.

NEWBURGH FAMILY FALL FEST – EVENT GUIDELINES

Please read the following important information regarding your participation in the event:

Event Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Arrival & Setup: Please arrive at 12:00 PM sharp for setup. We kindly ask all participating agencies and businesses to arrive on time to ensure there is sufficient time to prepare before the event begins.
Agency/Business Representatives: Each participating agency or business may have up to four (4) representatives present at the event to represent their organization. All representatives must be employees, staff members, or current members of the participating agency/business. Outside individuals, friends, family members, or additional helpers who are not affiliated with the agency/business may not staff or remain at your trunk.
Designated Vehicle: Each registered agency/business will be provided with a designated parking space for their registered vehicle. Only the registered vehicle that will have its trunk decorated will be permitted into the designated event area for setup. Please ensure that all decorations and supplies needed for your trunk are inside the registered vehicle, as additional vehicles will not be permitted into the closed-off area.
Trunk Decorations: Please decorate your vehicle with a fall-themed design. All decorations must be family friendly. Please avoid scary, gory, spooky, or Halloween-themed designs, as this is a fall celebration and not a Halloween event.
Candy: Each agency/business is responsible for providing its own candy to distribute from its vehicle. We suggest bringing at least 5–6 large bags of candy, with approximately 200+ pieces per bag, to ensure you have enough for the event.
Informational Materials & Promotion: You are welcome to distribute informational materials, brochures, or other resources that promote your organization. Selling items of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Setup: Please have your trunk fully set up and ready to welcome families by 1:00 PM. Once the event begins, representatives should remain at their assigned trunk throughout the event.

Medical Release, Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

For activities including, but not limited to, recreational, sports-related, and any other events sponsored or presented by Church At The Bridge, Inc. We desire to participate in Newburgh Family Fall Fest, on October 17th, 2026. In consideration for being allowed to participate in activities through Church At The Bridge, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in activities offered or sponsored by Church At The Bridge may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, recreational games, and group sessions. These risks may vary depending on the nature of the activity and may result in personal injury, illness, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all such risks and agree to participate at my own discretion.

2. Medical Certification

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in these activities. I also affirm that I either have adequate medical insurance to cover any potential injury or costs incurred or am willing and able to personally bear such expenses.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Church At The Bridge, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, event staff, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from or relate to my participation in the conference or any associated activities—whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Church At The Bridge, including its employees, representatives, and volunteers, from any liability, loss, damage, or cost (including legal fees) resulting from my actions, omissions, or conduct during participation in the activities.

Acknowledgment and Consent (Adults 18+)

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. I SIGN THIS DOCUMENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR PROMISE, AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
