Newburgh’s Great Easter Eggsplosion is a free, family-friendly event filled with high-energy fun and unforgettable moments for all ages. With over 10,000 eggs, golden egg prizes, Amazon giveaways, carnival games, music, face painting, a bouncy house, food, and more; there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

    • Event Date and Time: Saturday, March 28th, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • Arrival Time: 12:00 p.m. for set up. We kindly request that all participating agencies arrive on time to ensure a smooth setup before the event begins. If you are coming with a team, please plan to arrive together so your group can check in, receive instructions, and set up efficiently as one unit. This helps us stay organized, avoid confusion, and start the event strong and on schedule.
    • It is the agency/business’ responsibility to provide their own materials for their station (such as tables, tents, chairs, tablecloths, etc.).
    • Materials & Promotion: You are welcome to distribute informational materials that promote your organization. However, please note that selling items of any kind is NOT prohibited.

Medical Release, Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

For activities including, but not limited to, recreational, sports-related, and any other events sponsored or presented by Church At The Bridge, Inc. We desire to participate in Newburgh’s Great Easter Eggsplosion, on Saturday, March 28th, 2026. In consideration for being allowed to participate in activities through Church At The Bridge, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in activities offered or sponsored by Church At The Bridge may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, recreational games, and group sessions. These risks may vary depending on the nature of the activity and may result in personal injury, illness, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all such risks and agree to participate at my own discretion.

2. Medical Certification

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in these activities. I also affirm that I either have adequate medical insurance to cover any potential injury or costs incurred or am willing and able to personally bear such expenses.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Church At The Bridge, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, event staff, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from or relate to my participation in the conference or any associated activities—whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Church At The Bridge, including its employees, representatives, and volunteers, from any liability, loss, damage, or cost (including legal fees) resulting from my actions, omissions, or conduct during participation in the activities.

Acknowledgment and Consent (Adults 18+)

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. I SIGN THIS DOCUMENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR PROMISE, AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
