HOW CAN WE BE BOLDER?

In the coming years, we’ve identified four bold moves to propel our mission and seize the opportunities before us. Our Bolder campaign aims to fund and drive these initiatives:

1. Enhance Our Current Location:  Bolder funds will elevate our existing facility to create an even better experience for everyone, whether they’re familiar with church or not. This includes renovating staff and meeting spaces, installing a much-needed new roof, expanding and beautifying our sanctuary, adding classrooms for Bridge Kids, upgrading our second-floor space for teens, and enhancing the outdoors. We’ll also improve lighting, sound, and camera equipment for both in-person and online services, and remodel our commercial kitchen.

2. Eliminate Mortgage Debt & Expand Our Reach: With your support, we aim to clear our existing facility’s mortgage debt in the next three years. This financial freedom will amplify our positive influence in the City of Newburgh, allowing us to devote more resources to community service and gospel advancement.

3. Secure a Larger Permanent Facility: While renovating our current space is effective for immediate growth, we envision a larger permanent facility as our next step. This central hub will accommodate more people and provide space for expanded ministry, with our current facility transitioning to serve the community in new ways.

4. Repurpose Our Current Facility as a Community Impact Center: With your backing and after securing a larger facility, 90 Broadway will evolve into a hub for impactful programs that contribute to the betterment of our community and people’s lives. This goes beyond Sunday gatherings, reflecting our broader vision.

How much are we raising and where will go?
We aim to raise $1.5 million over the next 36 months. $500,000 each will be used for renovations, eliminating mortgage debt, and securing financing for a new facility.
WHAT'S THE PRIORITY?
Our Bolder journey has begun with renovating our offices. Next steps include fixing our roof, expanding our sanctuary, and eliminating our mortgage debt in the amount of $500,000 in the next three years.
What if we fall short or exceed our target?
We’ll work within our means, but a bigger response means a brighter future.
Why raise money without a site?
Having funds in hand during negotiations helps us plan better. It also aids in determining the size and scope of the project when securing financing.
How much should I give?
It’s a personal decision. Bolder isn’t about equal gifts but equal sacrifice. So as you prayerfully consider your contribution, think in terms of sacrifice, not the amount.
How should I decide how much to give?
 Pray, study, deepen your walk with God as you consider the impact he wants to make. Let your gift honor God and represent your commitment to him.
Should I redirect my regular giving to the Bolder Campaign?
No, your gift should be above and beyond regular giving of tithes and offerings.
