Week 5: How To Be A Neighbor
In this message from our On Mission series, we explore Jesus’ surprising answer to the question, “Who is my neighbor?” A question meant not to gain clarity but to find a loophole. Through the story of the Good Samaritan, Jesus reveals that mission is not just about where you go but who you’re becoming. Being a neighbor means noticing what others ignore, doing what love requires, helping people find real healing, and staying invested long after the moment ends. This message challenges us to move from loving in theory to loving in proximity, becoming people who carry others toward Christ; not just once, but for the long haul.

Through this series, we’ll discover how to move from simply receiving God’s goodness to actively living it out, embracing the mission He’s entrusted to each of us. Because following Jesus isn’t just about being saved—it’s about being sent.
