ABOUT US
Our mission is clear: to enrich the fabric of Newburgh, making it a beacon of hope and community strength. In 2023, our efforts were nothing short of inspiring. With over 80 dedicated volunteers, we embarked on 15 impactful projects, touching the lives of more than 2,000 individuals. From distributing 4,000 pounds of groceries to serving over 1,000 meals to those facing food insecurity, our initiatives addressed tangible needs with compassion and determination.
But our outreach didn’t stop there. We spread joy through pay-it-forward projects, surprising individuals with acts of kindness like covering coffee tabs, providing meals, sponsoring laundry services, and offering free haircuts. We also honored our local heroes, treating over 200 police officers, firefighters, and hospital workers to appreciation lunches.
From rejuvenating outdoor basketball courts to adopting an entire elderly housing complex, our commitment to betterment and development knows no bounds. And as we hosted the Love Our City Fest, uniting over 1,500 people for a day of celebration, camaraderie, and music, the spirit of positivity and transformation was palpable.
With over 600 volunteer hours invested, our simple acts of kindness have catalyzed profound change in our community, infusing it with hope and revitalizing its atmosphere.
